As of this summer, Chef Cédric Grolet becomes the Executive Pastry Chef of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo and opens a brand new address in the heart of the Monegasque palace: Cedric Grolet Monte-Carlo. The intimate Patio of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo will be home to the famous French pastry chef's tea room and boutique. This new collaboration reinforces the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer Group's taste for excellence and creativity.
